Refund policy

RETURNS

To initiate a return, ensure that the item(s) are in a saleable condition, including all original packaging. Please complete the return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date, keeping all original packaging attached. Items may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. A refund will be issued in the case of garment fault.

This policy is firm and non-negotiable.

Customers are responsible for covering all freight charges associated with the return of item(s), and returns are applicable only to full-price products.
